But only YOU, are the author of your heart. Mindfulness is not about emptying your mind. Mindfulness is about cultivating a lively heart. A heart that is courageous, loving, healing, playful, decisive, beautiful, gentle and powerful.

        Start this journey to work on your heart. If you have trauma that you rather not talk about, let's help it free from shame and terror. If you get overwhelmed, from time to time, by intense emotions (anger, anxiety or depression etc.), let's learn how you can take the lead, even in difficult moments. Come and learn how to make peace with yourself, how to be the person your soul longs to be, and also how to cultivate healthy and satisfying relationships around you.

​Internal Family System (IFS)

        Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model offers a clear, non-pathologizing, and empowering method of understanding human problems. It can help you understand yourself and people you love in a deeper level.

        If you are caught by sadness or anger but not knowing why; if you are trying to get rid of some behaviors but it doesn't work; or if you just feel really tired of striving for success, perfection, praise, or love, this is the right place for you.
